Le fragment de papyrus, qui conserve une partie du texte contenu dans PSI XII.1290 qui à son tour l’intègre en divers points, consiste en un serment d’un initié au culte : peut-être des Cabires (Wilcken & Kern) ou de Sérapis (Momigliano) ou d’Isis (Merkelbach-Totti).
