Le papyrus conserve la conclusion d’une arétalogie dédiée à Sérapis : le passage évoque le dieu Zeus-Hélios-Sérapis et un timonier nommé Syrion. Le récit s’achève sur Syrion distribuant aux habitants du Phare une eau aux vertus curatives et miraculeuses, conformément aux instructions du dieu.
